HR Manager

EuroHub Pharma Logistics, as part of its continuous growth and upward trajectory, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the organization’s overall Human Resources strategy, aligned with business objectives and the company’s growth plans.
  • Develop and apply modern HR policies, procedures, and performance evaluation systems tailored to the needs of a dynamic 3PL environment.
  • Manage and oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes for operational, administrative, technical, and managerial positions.
  • Support business units and operational teams on matters related to organizational structure, workforce planning, staffing, and employee relations.
  • Design and implement training programs, skills development initiatives, leadership development, and succession planning strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure full compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and the requirements of the pharmaceutical and logistics industry.
  • Manage compensation policies, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with management on change management, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and high employee engagement.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and leverage data to support strategic decision-making and workforce optimization.
  • Participate in HR digital transformation projects and the optimization of HR and operational processes.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer branding and position it as an employer of choice within the logistics and pharmaceutical supply chain sector.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in HR Management, MBA, or a related discipline will be considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR Management roles, ideally within logistics, 3PL, supply chain, industrial, or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and modern human resource management practices.
  • Experience with HR information and personnel management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a demanding operational environment.
  • Hands-on mentality, business acumen, and a problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different management levels and teams.
