EuroHub Pharma Logistics, in the context of its continuous growth and upward trajectory, is seeking a new associate for its branch office in Markopoulo Mesogaias for the following position:
BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT
-- Job Description:
• Daily monitoring of inbound deliveries
• Daily monitoring of order flow (orders, delivery notes)
• Document management
• Creation of Picking Lists
• Communication with customers
-- Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position within a 3PL company or Logistics department
• Degree holder – studies in Economics or a related field will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent use of WMS / ERP systems
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Excellent use of MS Excel

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective time management
• Strong communication skills with customers, both verbal and written
